very dated and in need of some new furniture very expensive for the type of accomodation

Owners are very well organized and check-in was painless and only required 2 min. for two rooms. VERY clean rooms. Very quiet location, yet very central to the area. Two best restaurants in the area are within 1/2 block.

No hair blower in room, very minor since room pricing is about 40% lower than comparables in the area.

There was no coffee for the coffee maker and it looked a little dumpy outside

There was insufficient hot water. The staff did not speak English nor were on site. The fire alarm went off at 6am due to someone cooking in their suite

The room was immaculately clean. However, I had asked to be in a quiet area of the hotel. I ended up in 206 and above /near the laundry equipment.

Great product for the price category. Spacious clean room, recently renovated, ideal for a short stay in Ucluelet or Tofino as close to the trails & beaches. Pet friendly is a plus. Easy check in/check out and nice to not need to carry keys around.

We had no issues with noise transfer between walls but stayed on the top floor - you might have some if you stay on the bottom level.

Central in town so close to the water and restaurants

The shower had a loose tap and the water was opposite hot was cold. Need a mat for the front of the door inside not just outside mat. Tracked water around bringing in our luggage.

Thin walls, could hear everything outside our room especially because we were on the ground level. So we could hear car doors closing and people talking but it was slow season so it wasnt too loud.

the layout and furniture in the room was very comfortable and cosy. it was nice to be able to sit at a table to eat.
