- The location
- I didn?t like anything about this hotel.
- The staff were lovely. The breakfast add-on was a compliment to our stay. The pool and gym made for a complete experience. The late check-out was a main reason for this location.
Cons -
- The shower required you to reach under the water stream to turn it on meaning you are subjected to a stream of cold water before it warms up. The shampoo/conditioner/body wash bottles were practically useless. The pumps did not work.
- We were changed to a handicapped room. I did not like the setting the view window to look out to a boring outside site was in an awkward area located on the side of the wall. I. The room was too dark. No microwave. Room was not comfortable.
- There wasn't a loose sheet on the bed, only the duvet which made me uncomfortable. I found a sheet that I added to the bed from the closet. There wasn't any cream for the coffee in the room.
