- was quiet, convenient to where we needed to be

Cons -
- The room we selected wasn't available so I had to sleep in a bed with my daughter and grandchild. The front desk agent wasn't caring about the situation- simply said what would you like to do?
- not enough bath towels and no blow dryer but staff said another guest may have taken it, breakfast just ok
- We are very disappointed with our experience at this Holiday Inn Express location. We typically choose this brand for its quality, but this was by far the worst. Breakfast Staff friendliness Condition of property Overall hotel needs a lot of TLC.
