Pros +

• The airport transfer was included in the price, and the hotel sent a spacious, clean taxi to pick us up. Stepping through the entrance marked "Jade" from the bustling promenade feels like entering an entirely different world. The peace and refined ambiance of the hotel courtyard are truly surreal. Its clear that great attention has been given to creating a unique style and atmosphere here that you wont find anywhere else. The hotel terrace is perfectly situated between paragliders in the sky and the promenade below, providing an excellent view of all the activities. Breakfast was very diverse and delicious, offering food enthusiasts a unique opportunity to try a wide variety of different options. The room was spotlessly clean, which deserves high praise. Each morning, the housekeeping staff tidied the room with great care and were very pleasant. All the staff, from the reception team to the restaurant staff, are exceptionally kind and bring a wonderful positive energy to the hotel, making them truly worth every penny spent on our stay.

Cons -

• The hotel is a peaceful place, and although theres some noise from the nearby Bam-Boo bar, it ends around midnight, so its manageable. However, Id suggest improving the sound insulation of the internal doors, as they tend to slam shut easily and noise from neighboring rooms can sometimes be disruptive. Enhanced door insulation and quieter door mechanisms would add to the overall peace and privacy for guests.
