Hotel Fusion

Perfect location in the vicinity of union square in lovely SF. Breathtaking lobby, beautifully decorated in Christmas, bar, pool table, elevators conveniently located in the front. We arrived around 1pm no questions asked we were able to check-in. Check out was just as easy. Valet was convenient and quick and they took well care of my car. The rooms were a good size, comfortable beds, heater in working condition, had enough pillows, blankets and bath towels, everything was just perfect. This will be our place to stay in the future.

I loved everything

Simple, no frills business hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful. Appreciated the discount to the cafe next door. Great location for accessing Market Street and the Ferry Building area.

Room was a bit small, with no real space to unpack and store clothes (apart from hangers). Also temperature controls were hard to use.

Staff was very helpful and friendly. We were able to check in early even though it was not promised. When we needed tooth brushes, and later new towels, they delivered them promptly. It feels like staff have a vested interest in the business as opposed to being just "one more employee" of a bigger chain. Location is excellent, very close to a main transit stop. On our last day we left bags with them (in a secured area) and were able to see all of downtown by walking.

No complaints. Others mentioned noise at night and there is some. How much may depend on the room location and the night. But this is the center of a major city and you won't avoid this when staying in this area. We were not bothered much by it ourselves.

Staff is friendly and the room has everything you need. Location is great.

The room is a bit small and old with very thin walls so I could hear a lot of noise and woke up from a neighbor snoring or people watching TV at 3 AM… Also the entire corridor had a very strong weed smell.

Clean, comfortable, quiet, location, friendly staff.

No microwave. No parking.

Location is very good. Staff great. A little old, but very clean. The bartender Luis was GREAT and Mimi too. Best cocktails you MUST try!!! The restaurant around the corner has the best breakfast and service.

The room is comfortable and has everything that you need. It’s spotless. Everyone i encountered was super friendly and supportive. The location is perfect, in the middle of downtown, walkable and accessible by public transport. Probably not the most convenient if you have a car though.

The only downside of my room was being located at the back of the building, without much natural light or fresh air coming in.
