- Pretty much everything.
- This was a nice hotel to stay at. Staff were friendly and the room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was nice.

- There was a bath towel missing, which we had to pick up at the reception area because the receptionist said she was the only staff member in the hotel. The lamp in one of the night tables did not work, and the receptionist told me that we had to wait until the following day to have it fixed. It seems that this hotel has problems with its physical plant maintenance because water leaked from the sink faucet in the bathroom, the door knob to the room next door was about to fall, and the caulk finishing around the bathtub was in poor condition. We chose this hotel based on its score and reviews, but frankly after staying there we were left wondering about the quality of those reviews.

This was a nice hotel to stay at. Staff were friendly and the room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was nice.
